Human rights lawyer, Mike Ozekhome, SAN, has disclosed why the Division of State Companies, DSS, launched Nollywood veteran, Chiwetalu Agu.

Ozekhome stated Agu was launched after they searched his telephones and located nothing incriminating.

The 65-year-old actor was first arrested by the Nigerian Military final Thursday for sporting Biafra regalia in Onitsha, Anambra State.

He was arrested in Higher Iweka Bridge by troopers whereas finishing up a charity train.

Agu was, nevertheless, launched by the Nigerian Military on Friday, however was re-arrested by DSS operatives.
